We have PC's in the office, surely we can do all our own design work in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher?

If I commission de Masi jones to provide a solution, who owns the copyright and intellectual property rights?
Unlike some other agencies we do not charge high release fees for our work, upon receipt of final payment we release all intellectual property rights with the exception that we reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio and our own self promotional material.
Where do we start?
We always start by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. Essentially we call this the brief, it can be verbally communicated through a meeting. When we are satisfied we have enough information to work with, we will begin the process (click here to view basic 5 step process).
How much do you charge?
A quote will be provided, the amount will obviously depend on the scope of work to be undertaken.
Can you produce a style guide or brand guidelines document for other designers to follow?
Yes, if we are creating a brand and visual identity for you we recommend producing a brand guidelines document. This illustrates to other designers and graphic professionals the importance of maintaining a consistent brand image for your company through careful use of the logo, typefaces, colours and placement of elements on a page. A document such as this often covers do's and don'ts and provides an incredibly helpful resource to others.
