In October 2010 deMasijones were selected for one of the most exciting developments for food and beverage producers, manufacturers and exporters in South Australia. The merger of FOOD ADELAIDE and FlavourSA into FOODSA and the creation of the single largest business resource and association for the industry. The groups’ combined knowledge and industry programs would be used to deliver activities on behalf of industry and government in the areas of Market development, communications, capability development and consumer and market intelligence in local, interstate and international markets, with an emphasis on increasing export sales for SA food and beverage companies.

In support, the brand image had to be representative and communicate the raw essence of food export in its simplest form, as well as retain an element of a traditional and well established industry.

Three directions were finally considered with the pictured identity being voted unanimously by the board and industry sub committee. The brand will be launched at the 2010 Premiers Food Awards in November.
