5 Stage process

Stage 1 Understanding the Brief
  Comprehensive initial client briefing
  Submission of written proposal outlining client brief, strategy, design and production costs
  Client approval of proposal, work as outlined is authorised to proceed


Stage 2 The Design Process
  Market place, brand and product audit and competitive research
  Development of creative concepts/strategy
  Presentation of concepts/strategy for proposed direction


Stage 3 Refining the Direction
  Refinement of idea or designs and selection of one direction
 Refinement of direction and variation concepts produced
 Direction sign-off by client


Stage 4 Production
  Project photography, illustration or technical expertise is sourced at this stage
 Design layout and typography in digital form is commenced
 Complete design, layout and typesetting presented for client to approve
 Reprographics, programming or construction for project is undertaken
  Client reviews chemical proofs/final prototypes or other for approval/presentation


Stage 5 Fulfilment and Closure
  Commence production/manufacture/print
 Quality control undertaken at various project stages
 Product completed and delivered to client’s desired destination
 Final Client follow-up and meeting
