Eyecatching branding with shelf confidence
de Masi jones have worked closely with Navisafe management to create full brand identity, retail packaging and national point of sale materials to aid with their maiden product launch, KABLEFLAGS. The product is simply a small labelling rubber flag that ties and locks around extension and power cords to ease identification.
With a small budget Navisafe commissioned de Masi jones to create a series of visuals depicting how the product could be packaged for sale in a retail environment. The challenge for de Masi jones was to assist Navisafe to create a credible identity for the company and make the product appear almost ready to go to market. This would be the key to assisting Navisafe to stimulate commercial interest in the product and raise capital for their venture.
Initially the packaging concepts created strong interest, with Australia Post being among the first to stock the initial packs and POS system, leading to broader acceptance by other retailers. The client is now selling the product nationally and throughout New Zealand through Bunnings, Myer, Mega Mart, Australia Post, Mitre 10, Office One, Target and Harvey Norman. Plans are also advanced for international distribution to the EEC.
