Creating a division identity

With the establishment of ETSA Telecoms, South Australian based ETSA Utilities, owned by Cheung Kong Infrastructure in Hong Kong, is positioning itself to utilise its extensive cable infrastructure to compete in the Telecommunications industry. Management saw it timely to consider an identity for the new division that would represent them effectively and would be in line with their overall objectives.

de Masi jones were briefed by Strategy Manager Wayne Lissner regarding the development of a suitable and distinctive corporate identity for the group to create an immediate impact in the large-volume B2B Telco market.

ETSA had been previously working with other creative agencies but had limited success in finding the right image. After a consultation period and the investigation of appropriate criteria, de Masi jones developed the identity pictured here, this was supported with a strong rationale and visual strategy for ongoing application.
